Resources & Stock Images / Application Resources / Photoshop Actions

Simulated neon in 5 colours. Works best on black or dark colour backgrounds. Use 300 dpi and a good size document. Use round-edged text or smooth solid shapes. Layer colour is irrelevant, only use hard edges (ie. no transparency).
