Well as I have written in Artist's Comments, I've used *luckylooke's Stamp Template. If you want to get that same glare in the corner, you should use his template. ;)

No. You are going to put the images for the Stamp under the glare and that way the glare will be on the top. ;)

Well, you'll have to find that yourself. Just play a little with the .psd template and you'll find the way to put the image for the Stamp under the glare. :)
